We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team in a Part time capacity

The successful applicant will be part of our Domestic team, working alongside them but also sometimes alone. They will have experience in the following;

• To clean all parts of the home as directed and in accordance with laid down cleaning procedures.

• To replenish stocks of air fresheners and toiletries as needed

• To assist in monitoring stock levels of cleaning materials and toiletries

• To carry out a brief check of possible safety hazards when cleaning residents’ rooms, and to report any possible hazards to Nurse in charge.

• To carry such duties with due regard to fire and accident prevention.

• To ensure safe operation and maintenance, as needed, of all cleaning equipment. To remove from use and to report to matron/ Proprietor any item of equipment found to be faulty or deemed unsafe.
